If you are looking to order ID Cards for your organisation, you can create an account with our ID WebBureau. Once your ID WebBureau account is set-up, our design team will work with you to create your ID Card template. As soon as you approve your ID card design, you will receive log-in details for your online portal; this which will allow you to upload the photos and details for all personnel. As soon as you have proofread and approved the details, you can request your ID Card prints and we will print your design onto high quality PVC ID Cards and deliver them to your door. All your cards are saved securely to your account where you can easily log-in to request reprints or request new cards for new members of staff.

Upon completing your purchase a member of our design team will contact you regarding your ID Card Design, they will then begin a proofing process with you in order for you to get the ID Card Design you desire. Once this simple process has been completed and you have approved your design, you will be setup with a Username and Password for the ID-W ebbureau and will be able to start uploading your staff details immediately.

Single Print Request

Single Print Request allows you to request ID Cards one at a time instead of the usual minimum batch of 5. Your account will be converted to single print request once your credits are down to the number you enter here. This allows you to print your larger batches of cards first, then be able to print one card off at a time for replacements and new members of staff.

Additional 70p + VAT per credit.

Slot Punched

If you do not wish to put your ID cards in holders then we do offer to hole punch your cards for you so that the lanyard or clip can be attached directly to the card itself.

Additional 15p + VAT per credit.

Signature Strip

If you want to sign the cards with a pen when they are delivered to you we can add a signature strip to the card. Please do not tick this option if you are going to be uploading images of signatures as we will do that free of charge.
